1094 | Labyrinth Red  The colour is deep purple with some terracotta hues. On the nose it is mature, concentrated, dense, and with immense complexity. 1865 | Malagousia Matsa  Brilliant, crystal-clear, pale yellow colour. Very generous on the nose with dominating aromas of water melon grapefruit, peach and citrus fruit accompanied by floral notes of jasmine and honey. Fine, full bodied and complex with excellent balance and a long aromatic aftertaste.
The Malagouzia variety originated from the region of Nafpaktia. It was planted at the Matsa vineyard during its replanting in the late 80s while it was one of the varieties that acclimatized perfectly with the ecosystem of the estate. The result is an organic wine overflowing with an intense aromatic bouquet to such an extent that made it truly unique.

2223 | MINUTY - 281 Rose  A pale pink color for this wine with ample aromas. On the first nose, a variation of citrus, exotic fruit and white currant notes. Next, an aromatic bouquet unfolds with complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit and vine peaches, with iodine and spicy notes such as white pepper. This is followed by a delicate, fresh palate that is full-bodied and straightforward. This cuvée, created in 2015, is the latest Minuty rosé. Why 281? A nod to the blue Pantone number used to decorate the bottle. This intense blue pays homage to the Mediterranean Sea, whose proximity influences and optimizes the quality of Minuty's vineyards every day. 281 is also inspired by the visionary and revolutionary ambition of Etienne Matton, father of Jean-Etienne and François.
