Description
For the production of this wine, pre-ripe juice and juice of very low pressures were used.
Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction of 12 hours at low temperatures
Fermentation in 90% concrete tulip-shaped tanks and 10% stainless tank. Aging in concrete tanks with selected lees.
