Assyrtiko, Greece’s most important white varietal, performs exceptionally well in our Chalkidiki vineyards. The combination of altitude, proximity to the sea, strict organic viticultural practices, low yields, and the precision winemaking results in an outstanding Assyrtiko with crisp minerality. Its freshness and balanced acid make it a perfect accompaniment to seafood and vegetables. This is a wine that will become even more exciting as it develops in the bottle.
