Come join us and our “parea”, as we listen to the unique stories behind the wines and learn about the special vineyards and varieties found in different regions. Get to know the owners, who will personally accompany you on your experience and guide you through the art of wine making.
Featured in this session are the limited-production wines by Gorgolis Private Collection. The vineyard is located in the hills of Sivota. The winemaker Aris Gorgolis has been devoted to the philosophy of sustainable viticulture-permaculture for over 20 years. The results of his practices are reflected in his wines. With excellent raw materials and as little intervention as possible, the results can be nothing but a unique experience.
Indulge in the wines, paired with aromatic Delicatessen cheeses, dried meats and homemade chutneys, from our private deli collection. Each of the pairings is carefully designed to make sure that the best characteristics of the wines are highlighted.
