1046 | Gosset Grand Rose Gosset Grand Rose The Grand Brut Rosé is a soft hue of salmon pink with a few ruby-cherry reflections. The nose is clearly marked by strawberries. Well-structured with a constant tension between freshness and fruity roundness, the wine is dominated by a red pulpy fruit — perhaps wild strawberry (cream or as a coulis) — giving a soft, coated sensation. It is round with a beautifully fresh finish. This rosé has a high percentage of Chardonnay, which creates freshness and precision, complemented by Pinot Noir vinified as both white and red base wines. For hundreds of years it has been made by adding 5 panniers (puttonyos) containing 25 kg of noble Aszú berries to a "Gönc" barrel (136 litres) of base must.
