Crémant de Loire Brut has a golden yellow colour, with fine, long-lasting foam. The aromatics open with notes of citrus fruits, particularly orange and mandarin, accompanied by floral aromas. A second aromatic wave offers sweet pastry notes.
A very fine balance is revealed in the mouth, reflecting an excellent maturity. Sustained length in the mouth, with notes of peach and apricot.

Our Crémant de Loire Brut Millésimé is a light, elegant and well-balanced wine with fine bubbles. We take great care to select grapes which will produce the most elegant Crémant de Loire wines.
The Chardonnay grape brings fruitiness and aromas which grow in complexity with age.

161,00 €The concentration remains but the register has changed; lying between very ripe pears and nuts – Brazil nuts and pecans, almonds, and not far from walnuts either; at the same time, a sweetness evoking sweet almond oil, hazelnut, a white peach halo, sensual white flowers – opened wide, white roses in particular, a touch of menthol excites the nose, with a tendency to swell, bringing freshness and energy; the nuts now combine with white chocolate, a touch of crème fraîche; broom flowers add to the growing charm of the whole, a note of vanilla; and finally there’s something like gougères, or even cream puffs.
