1091 | Synoro Synoro  The colour is deep, ruby with ruby highlights. The nose is intense, dense with a sense of freshness due to the vegetal character of Cabernet Franc. The aromatic character is based on ripe fruits (red berry, red cherry and ripe strawberry) along with sweet aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, cedar and a touch of barrel. On the palate it is full, with a rich extract, alcohol that balances the accentuated acidity and ripe dense tannins. The palate aromas follow those of the nose with more accentuated fruit. The aftertaste has duration, volume and complexity. Fermentation and long post-fermentation maceration in stainless steel vats. Full malolactic fermentation and ageing in French barriques for 13 months and in bottle for a further 6 months.

988 | Vina Tondonia Rioja Bosconia Red Reserva Vina Tondonia Rioja Bosconia Red Reserva  This wine has evolved perfectly showing a deep ruby colour with shades of orange. Its nose is persistent, full bodied and showing a lot of mature fruit, being dominated by the Tempranillo grape. Its taste is round, smooth, fresh, full of body and persistent. A year officially rated as VERY GOOD. The year passed without severe climatological incidents, in lack of spring frost; but denoted with abundant spring precipitations and after the harvest. However, a mild and drier summer favoured the growth and health of the grapes; which led to a not very abundant, but lightly superior harvest than the previous one with similar quality. The weather conditions were exceptionally favourable during all the final phase of the vegetative cycle, something that is always decisive for the quality of the harvest. Our vineyard enjoyed the optimal conditions necessary to get a health state of the fruit almost perfect; and with balanced parameters of colour, acidity, degree of alcohol and balance during the maturation. All of these characteristics let us get a high quality harvest with a little inferior final volume compared to previous years. The harvest started the 6th of October in «Viña Gravonia» with the white varieties, the 9th of October in «Viña Tondonia» with the red varieties; and finished the 30th of October after the harvest of «Viña Cubillo» and «Viña Bosconia». | R. Owned by the same family for over five centuries, the 116 acre estate is the largest in the appellation and boasts the only true castle of Pomerol.
Certified of "High Environmental Value" (HVE) since 2020, Château Chantalouette practises virtuous viticulture that integrates and develops biodiversity. The viticultural approach is traditional: the vineyard is ploughed regularly and cultivated with respect for the environment; cover cropping and green harvest are practised with great care. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal maturity of each bloc.
Vinification is managed delicately, leading to beautifully crafted wines that are expressive of their terroir. Traditional racking and light egg-white fining help to preserve the brightness of the fruit.

1871 | 1879 Boutari Legacy 1879 Boutari Legacy  Deep red colour. Intense complexity with primary aromas of red berries, dried fig, tomato juice. Secondary aromas from intense ageing consist of vanilla, plum, roasted nuts and a touch of cigar box. Full bodied, with pleasant acidity. Very soft tannins provide a soft mouthfeel, rich in density with a long, warm finish and an aftertaste of cocoa and red fruit. An authentic terroir wine from a single vineyard from Trilofos Naoussa. The wine was named 1879 in honor of the year that the company was established in Naoussa by John Boutaris. The wine embodies the history of the family and expects to introduce the modern consumer to the complex and fascinating Xinomavro.
