791 | Miraval Provence Rose 1500 Ml Miraval Provence Rose 1500 Ml  Attractive bright and translucent colour, a typical Provencal pale pink. The nose immediately reveals all the elegance of this Miraval Rosé with its superb aromatic bouquet delicately combining fresh fruit, freshly cut currants and roses, seasoned with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues on the palate with an ample, rich and gourmet texture, perfectly balanced by the natural acidity and minerality with saline and limestone notes specific to Miraval which continue in a long finish. A typical Miraval vintage with signature flavours. The winter was dry and mild, followed by a wet and cold spring with a few episodes of frost, causing some damage. Despite this, flowering went perfectly well but with a limited quantity (-50% compared to the average). The hot and dry summer helped to preserve the perfect sanitary condition of the vines, with regular work of the soil to preserve freshness. An earlier harvest than usual took place in very good conditions between September 9 and October 1st. In the cellar, the excellent quality of the grapes allowed us to carry out vinifications with very little intervention. 2223 | MINUTY - 281 Rose MINUTY - 281 Rose A pale pink color for this wine with ample aromas. On the first nose, a variation of citrus, exotic fruit and white currant notes. Next, an aromatic bouquet unfolds with complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit and vine peaches, with iodine and spicy notes such as white pepper. This is followed by a delicate, fresh palate that is full-bodied and straightforward. This cuvée, created in 2015, is the latest Minuty rosé. Why 281? A nod to the blue Pantone number used to decorate the bottle. This intense blue pays homage to the Mediterranean Sea, whose proximity influences and optimizes the quality of Minuty's vineyards every day. 281 is also inspired by the visionary and revolutionary ambition of Etienne Matton, father of Jean-Etienne and François. Back in the 70s, he created a selection of Grenache clones exclusive to the estate, from which the best parcels reserved for Cuvée 281 are grown today.
